SearchBird Payments provides invoicing and payment tools for merchants (SearchBird Billing) and payment pages for their customers (SearchBird Pay). Service availability and features may change over time.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of invoices they send, compliance with applicable laws, and communication with their customers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchBird Payments shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
