Paying an invoice?

SearchBird Pay gives invoice recipients a clean, secure way to review and pay — so you know exactly what you are paying for.

What you will see

When a business sends you an invoice through SearchBird Billing, you receive a link to SearchBird Pay. The page shows the merchant name, invoice details, amount due, and available payment methods.

After you pay, you get a confirmation and receipt. No account required unless the merchant asks for one.

How to verify an invoice is legitimate

  1. 1

Check that the email or link references SearchBird Payments or SearchBird Pay.

  2. 2

Confirm the merchant name and invoice amount match what you expected.

  3. 3

The payment page should be on searchbirdpayments.com or our secure pay portal — not an unfamiliar domain.

  4. 4

If anything looks wrong, contact the merchant directly or email us before paying.
